Volunteer Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) are deployed to all active and recent incidents as requested by local first responder partners and public agency notification. The International Fire Foundation provides emergency response team volunteers under the scope of the Community Connect charitable program, ERTs respond to all requests and provide:

• Damage Evaluation and Injury Prevention Program

• Long Term Recovery Education

• 501(c)3 Fundraiser Setup and Management

• IFF Trusted Partner Network Referrals: Red Cross, Humane Society, Temporary Accommodations, etc.

All ERT services are provided free of charge as a part of the IFF Community Connect charitable program.

• Emergency Response: IFF local community leader and response teams will respond to your incident to guide you through the next steps and connect you with vital resources for recovery.

• Community Leaders: IFF network of community leaders can guide you through the recovery process and are available 24/7 for questions or concerns.

• Insurance Claims: IFF can connect you with trusted, vetted partners to assist with insurance claim navigation.

Uninsured Applicants:

• Home Repair Assistance outside IFF: Affected communities are encouraged to connect with IFF volunteers and the IFF Partner Network offering long term recovery assistance.

IFF local volunteer community leaders are emergency response professionals, and will be able to walk you through the entire recovery process whether you are insured or uninsured.
